The China Australia Millennial Project (CAMP) is a world-first bilateral innovation incubator that brings together emerging young leaders (18-35 yrs) from Australia and China. Participants engage in intensive cross-cultural collaboration to innovate solutions to complex global problems. CAMP is an innovative start-up that began with their inaugural CAMP event in 2015. Despite the young age of the organisation, CAMP is already achieving significant social impacts, altering the career trajectories of their participants and accelerating their leadership journeys.

As the social impact specialist, I am working with the CAMP team to capture and communicate their social impact stories. This is included designing participant surveys, conducting qualitative interviews with participants and staff, and communicating their stories of social change to build their brand through their blog and social media channels.
